RugbyPop Game Rules

2026-2027 season. Last updated: July 18, 2026, This is a courtesy translation; in case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.

Article 1, Publisher

POSITION ZERO, SASU, 3 Rue du Col de l'Ouillat, 66680 Canohès, France, SIRET 942 384 777 00010, Perpignan RCS (the "Publisher"), offers a free prediction game, with no purchase required, on rugbypop.com (the "Game"), during the 2026-2027 rugby season.

Article 2, Nature of the Game: free, with no prizes

The Game is an entirely free sports prediction competition based on participants' knowledge and judgement (a skill-based game). It involves no financial outlay whatsoever: no stakes, no purchases, no entry fees. It is not a game of chance subject to licensing by the French gambling authority (ANJ).

The Game carries no prizes: there is nothing material or financial to win. Points, badges, levels and rankings are purely honorific: they have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged, converted or transferred, and create no right or claim against the Publisher. You play for the rankings, the fun and the friendly rivalry.

Article 3, Eligibility

Article 4, Mechanics and scoring

Participants predict the results of the rugby matches offered on the platform, before each match's kick-off. Scoring:

Rankings are computed automatically. In case of a tie: most exact scores wins, then earliest sign-up date. A postponed or cancelled match is not scored (no points awarded) and releases any Banco placed on it.

Article 5, Fair play and fraud

Any fraud (multiple accounts, bots, exploiting flaws, collusion) results in immediate exclusion of the account and its removal from the rankings, without prejudice to legal action. The Publisher may correct any ranking affected by fraud or a technical incident.

Article 6, Partners

Partners (local businesses, clubs, brands) may support the platform and receive clearly labelled visibility in return. This support creates no prize: it grants participants no material advantage within the Game.

Article 7, Personal data

Participants' data is processed in accordance with rugbypop.com's Privacy Policy. To exercise your rights: charles@position-zero.fr.

Article 8, Acceptance of the rules

Taking part implies full acceptance of these rules, available at all times on rugbypop.com and sent free of charge by email to anyone requesting them at charles@position-zero.fr.

Article 9, Changes / force majeure

The Publisher may shorten, extend, modify or interrupt the Game in case of force majeure or events beyond its control (match cancellations, technical incidents), without incurring liability. Any amendment to the rules will be published on the site.

Article 10, Governing law and disputes

These rules are governed by French law. Any complaint must first be sent to the Publisher (charles@position-zero.fr). Failing an amicable solution, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Perpignan (France), subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules.
